I would like to thank all of you for the fine care-- especially Leah who has watched over me and my husband for many years. She has continuously encouraged me in the right direction. She always picks out the best frames! Thank you also to Dr. Wilson who was thoughtful, patient and kind during my exam. I had been putting this appointment off for months because of previous experiences with other doctors and fear I wouldn't get the correct prescription. Dr. Wilson treated me with respect and courtesy. I walked out of the office with a huge sigh of relief knowing I will get the correct glasses. Thanks also to the woman who assisted the doctor at the beginning of my appointment. She made me feel comfortable in the office and decreased my anxiety. Sorry I didn't get her name. With thanks to everyone at Arnold Eye Center. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

I would highly recommend Arnold Eye Care. My optometrist is Dr. Diane G. Wilson. I have glaucoma. Untreated, it can cause blindness over time. Dr. Wilson and the staff at Arnold Eye Care are truly concerned about their patients. One is not simply a number on a chart. They listen. I have never had anyone ever do as much as they have to be helpful, sincerely. I thank them so much.

Office Visit

I now have my most spectacular progressive bifocals ever! Between Dr. Wilson and her excellent staff, I can see clearly now, near and far! First of all, Dr. Wilson is very good at determining the proper script. Secondly, the lenses I have are Varilux, which two of the opticians, Norma and Jane, highly recommended. Other optical shops do not necessarily carry these lenses, and I wish I hadn't tried the chain stores first, thinking I could get a better deal. I didn't, in quality or cost. The Arnold Eye Care office staff are well-versed in the diversity of progressive lenses that are available. I have grown to trust and respect their recommendations. I paid just about the same at Arnold Eye Care for a higher-quality product without insurance as I did for a pair of useless eyeglasses with a 30% off coupon at the chain store. Don't waste your time like I did at the chain stores!

Office Visit

It was Dr. Riley who first diagnosed my mother-in-law with shingles in her eye and the right side of her head--despite having her at the ER the day before! Drs. Riley and Wilson insisted on seeing her twice a week and worked around my schedule as I was my mother-in-law's transportation. One Friday at 5 PM, Dr. Wilson decided she needed to change a prescription and worked into the evening finding a pharmacy that had it in stock. The next morning Dr. Wilson was leaving for Haiti to lead a mission trip!
